  I go to this Planet Sub often, and they do a fantastic job every time! They take awhile to make it, so call ahead to order if you can. It has a nice atmosphere with cool murals, and every Tuesday is "Turkey Tuesday", when you can get a great deal on any turkey sandwich. The best sandwich they sell though, is the Planet Sub.Great flavor and one of the best sub sandwiches I've had. Second choice: creamy crab sub if you're into that sort of a thing!

  We wanted a quick bite, so stopped here for a sub.  Our sandwiches took over 15 minutes and there were no other customers in the restaurant.  We had asked for water when we ordered, but didn't get cups--so we waited until our food came out to ask for cups.  There were no visible employees in the front, so there was no one to ask --when we needed cups.  Also, during our lengthy wait, we noticed a sign advertising a special:  "Free chips on Friday with purchase of full sub."  The kid taking our order didn't tell us about the special--and charged for chips.  I hadn't eaten here in years and was very disappointed in the poor customer service I received.  The sandwich was fine, but there are so many other great sandwich options.  I will make a different choice next time.

  Planet Sub's green turkey sandwich has been a favorite of my wife's since college, so she needs a fix a couple of times a year.
  
  We stopped here for lunch yesterday and received no greeting from the dim bulb behind the counter. He did manage to take our order and our money but without a glimpse of personality. Early afternoon on Saturday, I thought they would be busier but it was pretty quiet--maybe he's partly to blame.
  
  Two half sandwiches, two skimpy bags of chips and a couple of soft drinks came to nearly twenty bucks! P Sub's food is a bit pricey and I checked our receipt and found that Shawnee's sales tax here is 9.625%--geez.

  I usually do not post reviews until I have visited an establishment at least twice. Have been to this Planet Sub around a dozen times, so guess it is time to post a review. Never a disappointment ordering, nor cannot recall a long wait for my order and always a fresh, tasty meal.
  Seems like the employees here work together and have created a relaxing, enjoyable working environment. I especially enjoy the specials Planet Sub offers and even the full price menu is very reasonable.

  Very good place to eat. Fresh toasted subs. I just hope they don't have to close for the new 75th & Quivira so-called makeover.
